About Me

Hello, I’m Candy Caldwell, a Realtor representing Coldwell Banker. I value the trust my clients place in me and I strive to exceed their expectations every day.

I am originally from Texas and first moved to Vero Beach in 1991. After spending 5 delightful years in Vero, I returned to Texas to be with my family. A few years ago, when I was given the opportunity to live anywhere, the decision was easy, to come back to my favorite place - Vero Beach.

After moving back to Vero Beach, I became a real estate agent /appraiser and soon found I loved making my clients’ real estate dreams come true. It is truly rewarding for me to build a relationship that centers around your most important purchase, a safe haven, your home.  

I have been blessed with two wonderful children, Carly and Maxwell.  They both live in Texas, and we see each other as much as we possibly can. Carly lives in Houston and we share a love of music and the TV show “The Voice”.  Maxwell recently married his soul-mate Ceci and lives in Austin where they just adopted a chocolate lab named Juniper.  I am also happy to have my Mom living very close to me here in Vero Beach. In my spare time, I love to discover new music, enjoy the beach, travel, play pickleball, and have my favorite red wine. 

I’ve been lucky to cultivate an environment I love that includes family, friends, and real estate. The only thing as fulfilling, is knowing that I have helped you in accomplishing the same for you and your family.
